Pre-Order Items

• All pre-order items are specially ordered according to the selected size, style, and customer request.
• Therefore, pre-order items are non-returnable and non-exchangeable.
• Please make sure to review your order details, size, and product information carefully before placing your order.
• Orders cannot be canceled after confirmation or payment for pre-order items.

Immediate Purchase Items
Items marked as Immediate Purchase may be eligible for return or exchange under the following conditions:

• Request must be made within 24 hours of receiving the order.
• Item must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition with tags and packaging intact.
• Shipping fees for returns or exchanges are the customer’s responsibility.
• Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

Items categorized as personal use products are strictly non-returnable and non-exchangeable for hygiene reasons.

Non-Returnable / Non-Exchangeable Items
The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

• Pre-order items
• Personal use items
• Used, washed, or damaged items after delivery
• Items without original tags or packaging

Wrong or Defective Items
In case you receive a wrong item or an item with a manufacturing defect, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with clear photos for review.
