If the size doesn’t fit, we can help you resell the item to another customer.

✅ Please note the following conditions:

🔴• Once another customer purchases the item, a shipping courier will be sent to collect it from you. After the returned item is received and inspected, the product value, minus the 115 EGP return shipping fee, will be issued as a voucher valid for one year. The voucher becomes valid only after the return is officially accepted and processed.

🔴• The voucher is not applicable for immediate exchanges. If you choose to order a different size or a new item at the moment, it will be treated as a new purchase and paid separately. The voucher can be used later on any other item.

🔴• If the returned item is not in the same condition as originally delivered, it will be returned to the customer after paying both the return shipping fee and the new shipping 

🔴• We cannot guarantee when the item will be sold, as this depends on customer demand. It may sell within days, months, or longer, but the item will remain listed until sold. If you change your mind and no longer want us to offer the item for resale, please let us know so we can remove it from the listing.

❌Non-Returnable / Non-Exchangeable Items
The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

• Personal use items
• Used, washed, or damaged items after delivery
• Items without original tags or packaging
